The story

It all started with one meetup.

In 2025, I hosted 52 events — one for every week of the year.

Hackathons, meetups, dinners, conferences and more across New York, London, Sydney, Paris, and San Francisco.

I've seen the benefits of the IRL community first hand. Building human-first events is one of the best ways to stand out in the busy AI world.

So I'm building HYPE into a tech event partner to host events at conferences, dinners, meetups and more.

Meetup

  1. You bring the theme and the audience.
  2. We handle venue, AV, catering and source speakers.

What does a HYPE event cost?

Every event is scoped to your goals, so we quote per event rather than list a price. Tell us the format and what you want out of the night, and you'll have a number back quickly.

Do you invite the guests?

No — that's yours. You own the guest list and the invites. We handle the venue, the run of show, hosting and the follow-up, so the night lands.

How far ahead do you need?

Dinners and meetups can be live in about three weeks. Side events around the big conferences depend on the calendar, so the earlier you lock it in, the better.

What's included?

Venue, hosting on the night, content and clips, and a follow-up list — names, roles and next steps — within 48 hours. You bring the guest list; we handle the rest.

Does it run as our event or yours?

Yours. Your brand, your guests, your moment — we stay behind the scenes making it look effortless.
